In early 2021, Kristi Dean set-out to build her own recruiting firm.  Early in the process, we began working together to craft a business name, a brand identity, a functioning style guide, and ultimately a foundation for a launch/socialization plan that would engage with her audience.

Her goal was to convey a sense of strength and experience through her brand.  Enabling it to stand out within her industry as a company that was “greater than the rest”; someone who would truly stand apart from the crowd and work directly with individuals as a trusted partner and someone who had their wellbeing in mind. What resulted was a powerful wordmark, a simple but strong color palette, and identity kit that will work with her brand as it grows.

More work is still underway for KLDean.  We’re in the process of developing a website and launch kit which will be released later this year.  Stay tuned!
